Online Rent Payments:
Please click on “Pay My Rent” above if you would like to pay your rent online. For first time users, you will need a three-digit account number that we will provide you with and your phone number. Please email us for any questions about setting up your account if you have not been able to do so. You can also mail payments prior to the first of the month to our address. For questions on how to set up your account, please email us at [email protected]
The other options of rent payments include mailing to either address “P.O. Box 1614 Layton, UT 84041” OR “1086 E HWY 193 #105 Layton, UT 84040” or drop the payment at our drop box at our office location.
NOTE: PLEASE ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS ON ALL PAYMENTS AND ENVELOPES SO WE ARE ABLE TO APPLY THE FUNDS TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT. DO NOT LEAVE CASH OR BLANK MONEY ORDERS IN THE DROPBOX.
Maintenance Requests:
We require all maintenance requests to be in writing. The quickest option for this is to email us the request so we can better assist you. You can email us from this website by completely filling out the “Contact Us” form, or email us at [email protected]. For urgent maintenance issues, call us at 801-686-0557. PLEASE ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER in your email and/ or phone message.
