Steps Recovery Centers St. George Utah

Located in beautiful Southern Utah, Steps Recovery Center in St George offers a variety of treatment level options, including residential treatment, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and sober living homes. Our all-encompassing form of care will focus on the underlying mental health issues that often accompany substance abuse in our dual diagnosis program.

St George is the home base for our family programming, run by Jared Miller ASUDC(I). Here we host in-person groups for families. Virtual attendance is also an option for these groups.
Clients also participate in rich experiential and equine therapy outdoors, in the beautiful landscape that St. George has to offer.
Our program is centered on facilitating a safe and stable environment for clients to initiate the healing process, work through their barriers, and help them realize that true and lasting change is possible.
